The hotel had a charming and cozy ambiance, with a lovely decor that made me feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully maintained, with well-manicured gardens and a nice pool area for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with easy navigation and no stairs to climb. It made my stay comfortable and convenient.

I would have preferred if the children working there had been more attentive and helpful to the needs of senior guests.

Big size apartment not far from the beach as well as Pemuteran. We asked for wake-up service, everything was perfect. Liked a bath in bathroom. Staff was helpful and provided us with climate control, a private safe and a seating area. Had SUCH WONDERFUL stay by am extra night and received wake up service for free, a nice bonus. Location to Lovina township.

Property is lovely and staff are amazingly nice. The breakfast is simple, with the fish. There is a nice pool. The venue has particularly good setting to Lovina beach for that.

Staying near the beach was fantastic, the staff were always friendly and caring, and having a great bar on site was a bonus, despite the low water pressure.

This place was really great, right by the beach, and the terrace with a garden view was amazing, especially in the evening, plus the check-in process was easy.

We had the pleasure of experiencing an authentic Balinese culture at a lovely hotel in Lovina. The hotel grounds were peaceful and well-maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious food and coffee that was served. we had a wonderful stay.

The breakfast provided was delicious, satisfying our morning cravings. Additionally, having a supermarket right across the street made it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. the pool was a great feature, clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. the friendly and helpful staff made the stay enjoyable and stress-free.

The wifi connection was very poor, with a weak signal that was often lost. This made it difficult to stay connected and use the internet.

The room at Pondok Wisata Sartaya 2 was cozy and comfortable, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the mountains. The seating area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The tiled floor added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.

Personally, I found the pool view to be a bit underwhelming. But hey, we all have different tastes, and others may enjoy it.
